Welcome to Southern Home Hospitality Independent Living LLC. We are preparing a welcoming, non-medical independent living home in Washington, DC, for seniors and veterans. Join our interest list to request information and receive follow-up about future availability.

• Private King: $1,350 per month
• Private Queen: $1,200 per month
• Private Full: $1,050 per month

We review inquiries personally and discuss availability and next steps. Before receiving a formal Innago application invitation, prospective residents should have their own active email address they can access for account setup and rent payments. Caseworkers and outreach professionals can help create that email account. An initial inquiry may be submitted first; ask admissions about assistance or reasonable accommodations. Residents keep their own passwords private. Applications are reviewed manually, and approved residents receive separate intake and move-in instructions.
